The 5 day Diploma course provides delegates with up-to-date and practical content, with a clear overview of the key concepts involved in managing and developing PR strategies and reputation management. There is an emphasis on how PR is evolving into "reputation management". Focus is placed on how organisational, brand and managerial communications can be developed and aligned with brand strategy.
The course will be of benefit to anyone who wants to gain an overview of current practices in PR, branding and communication strategies, with a focus on managing the overall reputation, identity and positioning of a brand. The training has a multidisciplinary approach that reflects the skills and knowledge currently needed to develop, control and defend a brand.
