Practical Application of HR Policies – Skills Workshop
‘Practical applications of HR policies – Understanding the risks and legal principles/requirements? Thinking around risk of employment tribunals, equality act – HR policies and casework and the legal implications. Workshop will include practical hints, tools with regards to managing performance, attendance management/sick absence/discipline and wellbeing. We will also take the opportunity to look at CIPD research on wellbeing.
