About this Event
This is a pay what you feel event from £4 to support artists.
Practical Art History will guide you through an exciting online lesson about the history of a prevalent artist with practical drawing activities inspired by their art.
By the end of each session you will have new found knowledge on the work and life of a fabulous artist. You will also be equipped to create drawings that are inspired by new techniques to improve your own art and embed your understanding about the artist.
You can draw, paint and create with whatever materials you have at home. These online sessions are for all abilities. Join us for portfolio development, practice or fun! The sessions are also followed by an optional informal group art chat.

4th February - Marcel Duchamp vs Elsa von Freytag-Loringhoven
11th February - Joan Miro
18th February - Frida Kahlo
25th February - Yayoi Kusama
4th March - Kara Walker
11th March - Sam Gilliam
Taking place on Thursdays 7pm - 8:30pm (GMT) streamed LIVE via Zoom. Hosted alternately by professional artists, Klaire Doyle Art and Anna FC Smith based in Manchester, England. In association with Artist Discussion and WiganSTEAM.
