Practical Counselling Skills: Skills Forum

This online forum will focus on the counselling skills that the attendees want to ask about, discuss, explore and even try out (within the forum time). This is an opportunity for attendees to enhance their development and awareness. The forum will be led by Tom Meaney (author of Practical Counselling Skills, BACP accredited counsellor and lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy). However, the aim is for attendees (mostly trainee and qualified counsellors) to learn from each other - to share thoughts, reflections and questions. There will be a relaxed and supportive feel to this event. It won't be in the style of a lecture - rather open forum in which all perspectives, questions and suggestions are valued. Content will be generated and guided by the needs and curiosities of the attendees.
