Workshop purpose:
For countless centuries, mysticism has been the primary means to seek union with God and the spiritual dimension of life. Indeed, our mystical yearning for the divine is ancient, and has been an instinctual impulse within us since the dawning hour of humankind.
Though the mystical path has been historically emphasised, a new and emerging paradigm is beginning to crest upon the shores of human consciousness. Occultly referred to as Practical Mysticism, it is truly the way of the future.
This one-day workshop will explore what it is to be a practical mystic and to recognise the potential it brings for new ways of living.

Who is it for?
This workshop is open to anyone with a curiosity about your spiritual path and how you might engage with it while juggling the demands of modern life.
Learning outcomes:
In this workshop, the nature and application of Practical Mysticism will be deeply explored. Methods for blending heart and mind will be discussed, as well as an exploration into the nature of soulful service when living as a practical mystic.

- Recognising the spiritual call
- The destiny of the soul – to be a creative agent
- Meditation approaches used by practical mystics
- Methods used by practical mystics in service to humanity
What to expect:
The workshop will be held in-person at the Psychosynthesis Trust’s London venue. Participants will:
- Learn about what it takes to be a practical mystic in the 21st century
- Learn about supportive new ways of living
- Understand techniques used by practical mystics
Our approach:
William has spent a life time studying Esoteric Philosophy and aims to make key aspects more accessible to anyone keen to gain greater insight into their spiritual nature.
In this workshop, William shares helpful insights into practical mysticism and how we can benefit from blending the essential qualities of heart and mind in our daily lives. The approach is to share useful information and allow plenty of time for questions and answers to aid your understanding.
Handouts will be available to make it easy for you to take key information away with you for subsequent review.
