Summary
The Practical Nutrient Management Planning Workshop will support farmers in improving nutrient use efficiency and soil health, while meeting regulatory requirements. The session will cover assessing crop needs, monitoring soil nutrient levels, minimising losses, and understanding the links to good soil health. Updates on recent changes to RB209 recommendations and connections to Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) options will also be shared. Following the main presentation by Mel, participants will have the chance for tailored advice on their own Nutrient Management Plans with Mel. The CSF team will also be available, to answer any general farm advice questions.
