Practical Performance Management Training

We have been asked by a number of clients to provide practical performance management training. This will focus on the step procedure that is needed for dealing with employees on an informal basis and then through a formal performance improvement plan (PIP). This will involve us examining the reasons for poor performance, the targets that are necessary and the necessary documentation on the process.
The attendee should go away with a robust understanding of the process of formal performance management and with a good understanding of the timescales and detailed paperwork required.
