We will be joined by keynote speakers Dr John Sellars, Founding member of Modern Stoicism and the Aurelius Foundation and author of 'The Art of Living: The Stoics on the Nature and Function of Philosophy', 'Stoicism', 'Hellenistic Philosophy' and 'Lessons in Stoicism' and Kathryn Koromilas, founder of the Stoic Salon, writer and creativity coach.
We wil also be hosting interactive workshops, listed below, which you will be able to choose on the day (on a first come first serve basis):

On the day, we will have 4 workshops which will include topics for those new to Stoicism and more complex workshops for those who are more experienced with Stoic principles. During workshop slots you can choose which workshop you would like to join.
You can join workshops on a first come first serve basis. We will be running workshops led by Andy Small, Kathryn Koromilas, Professor Christopher Gill and Stoics in Business with Justin Stead.
Yes, parts of the event will be recorded/ filmed and by attending you are consenting to recording/ filming on the day. If you have any further questions please contact us.
Yes lunch will be included and will include both meat, vegan and vegetarian options. If you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know in advance and we will advise if our caterers are able to make any specific arrangements on the day.
