Book your place for an experimental print workshop with artist, Marilou Chagnaud. This practical session explores the themes presented in Marilou’s exhibition at East Gallery, The Sea, the Ghost and The Kite Maker, calling on the shapes, colours and textures of the coast, using a screen-printing process. Prints produced will be yours to take home.
Please note this is a practical activity using screen-printing machines that will require participants to be standing throughout the session and a level of physical exertion. Aprons will be available but please wear closed footwear and comfortable clothing suitable for a messy activity.
This is a free workshop which is limited to four participants per session, repeated on two occasions (this is the first session). Meet at East Gallery for a short introduction to the exhibition at 1.30pm. Participants will then be guided to the Norwich University of the Arts print studio for the workshop.
