Practical Project Management: Delivering on time and on budget

Project management is a key skill for people at all levels within an enterprise or organisation. Successful delivery results in creating greater value for the enterprise, increases employee engagement and customer satisfaction

The workshop will cover:

• A brief introduction to the vocabulary and theory of project management

• Understanding and defining what you want to achieve

• Managing the team and the deployment of resources

• Understanding and controlling risk in your project

• Participants will have an opportunity to present their own project for critique

• There will be an opportunity for discussion and Q&A, as well as an extended Q&A at the close of the session

• Signposting to further resources and support
