Practical Wellbeing Workshops

Learn some simple and safe meridian power points massage techniques to help you manage your health and improve wellbeing, for example, points for headache and back pains, anxiety, stress, sleeping problems and points for depression and dementia prevention, etc. You get copies to take away and practice at home.
Get to know more health tips and practice some simple exercises to help improving your wellbeing.
