Speakers:

Yetunde Hofmann, Chartered FCIPD

Yetunde has 25 years’ experience in HR in specialist and non-specialist areas internationally and across a variety of industries, most recently as HR Director in Imperial Tobacco where she spent nine years. Before this she worked in Unilever, Allied Domecq, Northern Foods and The Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in Nigeria where she began her career in HR. She is now embarking on a portfolio career, runs her own Leadership and Change Consultancy and is a Trustee of an international children’s charity operating in more than 26 of the world’s poorest countries.

David D'Souza, Head of London & Branch Engagement, CIPD

Recently described as “one of the UK’s most influential HR and workplace commentators”, he is a respected speaker and writer on progressive HR & business practice. David has expertise on a wide range of areas, including organisational development, learning & development, talent and performance management, ethics, employee engagement and the future of work. Prior to joining the CIPD, David worked as an independent Organisational Development Consultant, having held previous roles as Head of People Development at Metrobank and in various HR positions for an international FS firm.

If you are unable to attend an event please give at least 1 working day notice and we will be happy to refund 100% of your booking fee or book you on to a subsequent event to the same value. Cancellations received after this time will be non transferable and non refundable.
