Do you want to learn to start patchwork quilts? This short evening course is suitable for beginners to have a go at sewing and understand the principles behind paper piecing to make quilts.

Our evening course is open to all abilities and with all the materials you need on hand you can start to create a quilted item through English paper piecing techniques with squares and hexagons.

You will also be able to learn traditional patterns for blocks – Dandy, Antique tiles, art squares, bears paw, blockade, cross and crown, as well as making patterns that can then be used in quilting and patchwork projects.
