Prayer in Sound: Sharing Circle & Gong Bath
Sunday 12th October 2025 | 11:15am – 1:15pm
Step into a grounding and restorative gathering, inspired by the work of healing artist Jaha Browne.
Guided by Browne, this session opens a shared space for reflection, healing, and deep listening. Rooted in Prayer in Sound, her debut audio installation, we will journey through themes of prayer, ritual, and connectedness. Through sound, presence, and conversation, participants are invited to pause, attune, and connect both inwardly and with one another. This gathering offers a gentle yet powerful opportunity to honour the collective resonance of community and the quiet strength of prayer.
What to Expect
The gathering begins with a community circle a space to voice and explore your emotional and sensory responses to the work, and to listen to the perspectives of others. From there, we’ll move into a restorative sound meditation. Guided by vibration and resonance, the journey opens a space for release, relaxation, and realignment helping us tune into our inner rhythms and the collective field of healing.
All fees will go to Goma Appeal - From Victims to Survivors
Please Note
This session is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or individuals with low/high blood pressure, cardiac conditions, epilepsy, or those with pacemakers unless cleared by a medical professional.
What to Bring

- Comfortable clothing and layers (body temperature can drop during deep rest)
- A blanket
- Eye mask or cloth to cover the eyes
