We pray without ceasing for justice, reconciliation, peace, and an end to hatred and war. We also pray for God to change the hearts of all leaders and decision-makers in our countries and around the world. For we are in dire need of hearts that love, show mercy, and are willing to live in unity with others—hearts that respect human dignity and choose life rather than death.’

Join us at Liverpool Cathedral for a prayer vigil as we stand in solidarity with those suffering in the Holy Land and pray for a just peace in Israel and in Palestine.
The lives of many people in Palestine have been characterised by fear, oppression and poverty for decades. Palestinian people are living in poverty with many reliant on aid to survive. The recent violence in Gaza has intensified poverty and the humanitarian crisis for Palestinians across the Middle East.
Let us come together in prayerful longing for an end to the suffering we see in the Holy Land and the deliverance of all peoples into justice and equity.
This event will take place in the Lady Chapel at Liverpool Cathedral, all are welcome.
