Our pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy Yoga sessions help you to relax your mind and body with your baby by your side as well as enhancing your wellbeing, strengthening your body and improving your posture. During this session you can expect to perform yoga poses with adaptions offered throughout, followed by breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
This session is suitable during pregnancy whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your 6-8 week post-natal check up.
