Event description
You’ll need a free of charge pre-booked Eventbrite ticket for every PAYING VISITOR in your party

About this event

Pre-booking is essential to visit Folly Farm, this is free of charge and is NOT your admission ticket, which needs to be purchased separately. Ideally we'd like you to pay at our entrance tills on arrival (just in case there are any last minute changes to your plans or new restrictions are in place) but you can buy entry tickets online here and these are valid for three months from the date of purchase to allow flexibility to change your visit date. You CANNOT select a visit date when you purchase tickets online.

You’ll need a free pre-booked Eventbrite ticket for every paying visitor in your party (free under 2s and carers do not require an Eventbrite ticket and they do not require an admission ticket). As with last year annual pass holders do NOT need to book an Eventbrite ticket but can now visit from 10am.

You'll need to pre-book your chosen date and an arrival time as we're staggering the arrivals to avoid overcrowding. You can stay at the park until we close. You can now book up to16 July 2021. We'll continue to add more dates in stages to enable us to monitor our current operations and the changing Covid-19 guidance.

If a slot says it's sold out, it's because it's sold out, so please select a different day or arrival time.

Please do not contact us via the contact the organiser form on Eventbrite as this mailbox is not monitored.

What do I need to visit Folly Farm?

  • All paying visitors MUST present a dated and timed Eventbrite ticket in addition to their admission ticket. As with last year annual pass holders do NOT need to book an Eventbrite ticket but can now visit from 10am.
  • Please make use of our plentiful handwashing facilities, and additional hand sanitising stations, regularly during your visit.
  • Please follow our social distancing instructions on site. Please note in Wales the wearing of face coverings in indoor areas is a legal requirement unless you are exempt. You can read more about the social distancing measures in place at Folly Farm here.
  • Please do not visit Folly Farm if you have any symptoms of coronavirus, including a temperature, persistent new cough, sudden loss of taste or smell, headache, runny nose or sore throat.
  • Please check on our website and social media to make sure we're definitely open before you travel, just to make sure.

We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a safe and enjoyable day out at Folly Farm.
