Pre-booking is essential to visit Folly Farm, this is not your entrance ticket. Ideally we'd like you to pay at our entrance tills on arrival (just in case there are any last minute changes to your plans or new restrictions are in place) but you can buy entry tickets online here.

You’ll need a free pre-booked Eventbrite ticket for every paying visitors in your party (free under 2s and carers do not require an Eventbrite ticket). Annual pass holders will need an Eventbrite ticket if arriving before 12pm but do not need one if arriving after 12pm.

If a slot says it's sold out, this is the case, so please select a different day or arrival time.

What do I need to visit Folly Farm?

• All paying visitors MUST present a dated and timed Eventbrite ticket in addition to their admission ticket. Annual pass holders may visit after 12pm without pre-booking on Eventbrite but must pre-book for earlier arrival times.

• When you book an Eventbrite ticket we’re collecting contact names, telephone number and email address for the purpose of Test, Trace and Protect. We will keep this information for 21 days purely for this purpose and will provide the information to Public Health Wales if requested.

• Please make use of our plentiful handwashing facilities, and additional hand sanitising stations, regularly during your visit.

• Please follow our social distancing instructions on site. You can read more about the social distancing measures in place at Folly Farm here.

• Please do not visit Folly Farm if you have any symptoms of coronavirus, including a temperature, persistent new cough or sudden loss of taste or smell.

• Please check on our website and social media to make sure we're definitely open before you travel, just to make sure.
