The Festive season is coming closer and soon Christmas will be knocking on the door again. Its this special time of the year, where some how everything changes, everything is more magical, the natural joy hitting high levels. Let's say it - We all love Christmas. To prepare to start the festive season relaxed and charged with postive energy join us for a speacial Yoga session " Pre- Christmas Chill Out". A mini yoga retreat where you will indulge wiith fellow yoga students in Special Yoga flow, Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Nidra practise ( the ultimate relaxation practice.
3.00pm-4.00pm Special Detox Yoga Flow to clear any blockages in physical, mental or emotional level.

What is Yoga Nidra - "The Yogic Sleep"?
We live in fast-paced world, we are loosing the connection between the body and mind. The practise of "Yoga Nidra" willl help you to re-establish the connection between your mind and body, deep muscular relaxtion, better understanding and control over emotions, getting rid of old negative habits and improving the overal psychological health. "A 20 to 30 minute session of Yoga Nidra is said to be equal of roughly 3 three hours of deep sleep" You will emerge from Yoga Nidra rested and ready to engage in the world.
What is Mindfulness Meditation ?
Mindfulness Meditation is easy to follow meditation practise focising on the present moment awaerness, by shifting the focus to different body parts, sounds, the breath. It''s beginer friendly and very usuful for people which find meditation hard.
When we practice mindfulness we are more aware of the things that help us to be calm and happy and natural joyful and also of the thought patterns that take us in the opposite direction. With this increase awareness, we can take positive choices in everyday life.
