  • How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please email behaviourchange@ucl.ac.uk with any queries, with the title: Pre-conference Workshops 2018

  • What's the refund policy?

Due to the high demand for our workshops, and the need to order catering facilities in advance, we cannot offer a refund facility for the pre-conference workshops.

  • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We will have a list of registered participants and will sign you in on the day.

  • Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Neither your fee or your ticket are transferable to another event. However, depending on capacity, we can try to accommodate those who have bought a ticket for one workshop and wish to transfer to another. This is strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Provided you have notified the organisers with 2 days advance notice of the name change, and provided the correct name for our records, then we can accommodate. Name changes after this time cannot be guaranteed to be made in time, and may result in people being refused entry due to UCL's security policies and procedures. Please note that we will not be involved with transferring any funds (if involved) between parties.
