When and where is the event?

The Pre-ICML@London 2025 event will take place on Thursday, 3 July 2025 at University College London. The talks will occur in Lecture Theatre 1, Cruciform Building, Gower Street. The poster session and networking will be held in the Tavistock Room.

All are welcome to attend, including industry practitioners, students, etc. Registration is required.

Can I present my research?

Yes! When you register, you’ll be asked if you wish to provide a poster or apply to do a short presentation. We’ll also ask for your topic and a link to your research, if available (e.g., arXiv, website, GitHub).

What kind of research is eligible for submission?

While the event highlights ICML research, we welcome all posters and presentations that align with ICML’s topics of interest.

What are the deadlines?

Registration for attendance closes on 2 July. Poster presenters will receive logistics information by 26 June. Those applying to give a short presentation should register before 26 June, and will be notified by 30 June.
