Description

Training during and after your pregnancy is a minefield of conflicting information according to the internet, leaving you thinking it’s best to avoid exercise altogether.

But, if you don’t train, you’re missing out on a load of benefits.

Join personal trainer, Em Pointer from On Point Training as she discusses pre/post natal exercise with specialist, Charlie Launder, founder of Bumps & Burpees along with women’s health physio, Clare Pacey, of Re:Physio to talk about the pelvic floor.

The event will begin with a workout, and then go on to a talk on what to do and what not to do when it comes to exercise, a discussion around the pelvic floor plus Q&As to answer your questions.

Babies are welcome as this is a talk on how to exercise with a little one after all!

Please wear activewear if you want to join in the workout.

The event will be filmed so please let us know if you do not wish to be included.
