This workshop is all about recognising the importance and impact of supporting your team on both staff wellbeing and retention.

About this Event

This workshop is all about recognising the importance and impact of supporting your team on both staff wellbeing and retention.

Designed for anyone managing a team in a hospitality business, the workshop will allow you to step back from your day-to-day role and help you identify strengths and weaknesses within your team. You will also:

•Gain a greater understanding of your employees and ways to increase retention and optimising a team to ensure that they're working at their best.

• Have the opportunity to network and learn from other hospitality businesses as well as hear other examples from the sector

•Take home a ‘3 Step Wellbeing Best Practices’ toolkit to apply directly to your workplace including:

- Win-win Communication (Step 1)

- Time Management: Work Smarter and Achieve More (Step 2)

- Maximising Peoples Potential (Step 3)

The workshop with be hosted by Hospitality Table Cornwall, Brian Tregunna Life Coach and Rupert Cooper from Philleigh Way Cookery School.

Lunch will be included on the day; please let us know any dietary requirements when booking your place.
