Want to get the most out of your pitch? Join Matt Pocock, the 3,000-lesson voice coach, for a pre-pitch workshop to perfect your presentation. Whether you feel nervous, terrified or quietly confident, you'll learn techniques to calm your nerves and sharpen your speech.
Do the workshop and the pratice at the monthly speed-pitch event that starts after the workshop.
Matt Pocock is a voice coach and professional speaker with a Masters in Voice from Guildford School of Acting. He enthused our community recently with his talk on how tone and pitcha can help your business pitches.
He has worked with clients from the BBC, Sky, ITV, Time Warner, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Accenture, RBS, the Department for Education and the NHS. He has delivered over 3,000 hours of coaching with hundreds of clients, and specialises in the anatomy of the human voice and the psychology of communication. He recently appeared in the Guardian and the Mail on Sunday on the topic of elocution and voice.
Matt runs VoiceHacker - public speaking workshops in Barbican, paid by honesty box. That means you pay what you think it's worth when the workshop's over. We look at confidence, clarity, projection, and being the best speaker you can be, both in public and one-to-one. The last one of the year's on December 16th at 7PM. Find out more information here.
