How can I access the conference?

The conference will be held at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick, Derbyshire. The Hayes Centre is accessible by car (and parking is available), train + taxi, or bus. For more details on getting to the Hayes Centre, please visit https://www.cct.org.uk/the-hayes/how-to-find-us.

What if I can't attend in person? Will there be an online option?

We are currently looking into offering the plenary talks as hybrid sessions. More information will be provided when available.

What happens if I book but then can't attend? Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you let us know at least two weeks before the event start date, we will be able to offer you a refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the conference may not be eligible for a refund or may only receive a partial refund.
