About this event
PRECIOUS Nights is a monthly event that gives you the opportunity to hear the stories of inspirational women of colour. Built firmly on the PRECIOUS ethos of sisterhood, it's about connecting and community in a unique atmosphere of collaboration and sisterhood.
We are excited to be back at the British Library for our first in person event since 2019 in a conversation about how we can stand out, be seen and thrive.

Juanita Rosenior
Juanita is the founder and Managing Director at TGRG (The Girl in the Red Glasses), a boutique Marcomms, PR and Talent agency.
Her roster includes talent from across a number of sectors including arts and heritage, social impact, media, health and wellbeing and social justice. From the first World Afro Day, to West End plays to The Precious Awards, Juanita has been the publicist for well known and loved brands as well as creating digital and literary events with the likes of Sir Steve McQueen, Barry Jenkins, author Dorothy Koomson and Benjamin Zephaniah.
She was selected as 'One to Watch for 2022' by a national newspaper, The Voice and nominated for Business Woman of the Year at the 2022 Women's Business Awards
Lou Nylander
Lou has over 15 years of experience holding down influential positions, managing global marketing teams and shaping the course of some of the world's leading digital advertising companies, including PubMatic, MediaCom, AOL/ The Huffington Post and Zenith.
Before launching her marketing consultancy, Lou was the Global Marketing Director at Unruly and managed the marketing operation during the 2020 acquisition from News Corp to Tremor International.
Five years ago, Lou founded 'Wildflowers of London'- Women's Circle, a social enterprise and events business focused on empowering women in South East London, where she resides. She fosters an inclusive culture across everything she does champions women, drives change, and leads from the front with a positive and inspiring attitude.
