- The opportunities available in Birmingham to enable physical activity during pregnancy.
- This Mum Moves. We will explore how this website can be used to encourage physical activity.
- We will look at the physical activity opportunities available to young children in schools.
- We also look beyond this and at how educating parents to be physically active with their children can be potentially impactful.
- We also look at the various online methods that have used (particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic) to engage young children with physical activity.
