Neighbourhood Doulas are excited to kick off our 2024 free Childbirth Classes.
Our series of antenatal classes covers topics such as:
- Know Your Options
- Birth Shouldn't Be Fear Based
- Mindfulness & Mental Health Tools
- Information & Decision Making
- Confident Parenting & Postnatal Awareness
Classes will be in blocks of five weeks, but you are welcome to join us on any of the weeks and catch up on any you missed at your availability.
Classes will be held on Zoom on Wednesdays from 10:30am-12:30pm
Our online classes run from 17th April 2024 - 24th July 2024

Neighbourhood Doulas are a charity who provide a free birth companion for those with no one to support them.
With this in mind, our Hub provides free Childbirth Classes specialising in offering attendees a safe place to learn & connect that they may not find elsewhere.
Attendees usually fall in one or more of the following categories:
- solo parenting
- experiencing mental health issues
- from the global majority
- from a low-income household
- speak English as a second language
Our only ask is that we all do our utmost to maintain a respectful and safe space.
