Participants will be able to:
- Enhance their understanding of pregnancy loss, including its various types, prevalence, causes, risk factors, treatments, and the physical and psychological effects.
- Gain clarity on the rights and entitlements of affected employees in the workplace. - Engage in communication training to learn appropriate and inappropriate responses to disclosures of pregnancy loss.
- Recognize and address pro-natal practices that may unintentionally trigger those affected by pregnancy loss.
- Explore available support options for colleagues who are experiencing pregnancy loss.
