This pregnancy Pilates class is suitable for women throughout their pregnancy, all exercises taught are safe for both mum and baby.
Each week the classes will build on exercises that activate key muscles and will help stengthen them and make them more supple as your pregnancy progresses. Over the weeks as you familiarise yourself with the exercises I hope you will find they provide the energy levels needed to enjoy your pregnancy with more gusto and feel better prepared for labour.
A 4 week class pass is £40 and an 8 week pass is £72. I will give you a stamp card on your first class and once you have a full card and book another block you will receive a free class. If you have your baby early and have unused classes you can transfer these to my Babies, Pilates & Lattes Post-natal class.
I will be in touch following your booking in order to arrange payment either via BACS, cheque or cash. Payment is due via BACS before the start of the first class.
Please bring your yoga mat, all other equipment will be provided. Wear clothing you feel comfortable to move in and you can either wear socks or go barefoot.
There is parking available at the venue but the first one in is the last one out as it's one in-one-out driveway, otherwise there is ample street parking on South and North Hermitage near by.
You will be required to fill in and sign a pre-exercise health screening which I will send to you before the block commences. I need this before you can begin your classes. If you have any specific questions then please contact me directly.
