Pregnancy relaxation circles are powerful spaces to connect with yourself, your baby and other local mamas and mamas to be. These sessions promise to be joyful and nourishing mornings.
How do we flow?
*We open with a sharing circle to chat about pregnancy, birth, motherhood...
*Chat about a specific topic
*Do a mindful activity
& Then we gently move our bodies, first guided by myself and then somatically
*Finally, we lay down, get warm and comfy, and I lead you into a guided relaxation/visualisation
Themes for each session
Week 1 (21st Sept): The birth journey
Week 2 (5th Oct): Comfort in pregnancy & birth
Week 3 (19th Oct): Releasing fears
I will present some information on the topic with a chance for everyone to share stories, ask questions or simply listen, no pressure either way, no right or wrong way to attend or participate.
There will be the option to partake in a small mindful activity relating to the theme, learn hypnobirthing techniques and to simply sit and chat.
A space for you:
I provide herbal tea and snacks at each session and stick around to chat at the end, the morning is unhurried, a welcoming space to just be, however your pregnancy has been, whatever birth you are planning. 🤰🏻
At each session you will receive a small homemade gift to take home.

Each session is 1 hour 45 minutes just for you and your baby!
The cost is £15 per session or book all 3 for £40
Sessions will take place at Daydream Baby Massage, Spring Bank West, HU5 5BE
