Spend time connecting with your baby. Calm your body and prepare yourself for your birth experience with mindful movement sequenced with your breath to help reduce stress and anxiety. Improve sleep. Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Meet other mums-to-be in a calm and nurturing environment.
Pregnancy Yoga is a beautiful way to practice your breathing, whilst creating space and moving the body. We will move through familiar yoga postures and birthing postures. It's a great way to meet other Mothers to be too!
There are 6 classes in the block.
Once you have completed one block, from 37 weeks gestation you are welcome to drop in £12 per class. Paid cash on the door. Block booking is required up to that gestation.
Please understand that there is no option to transfer or cancel individual weeks within the block. Refunds are not offered.
The class is from 6-7:15pm every Monday at InHale Yoga Studio, Cecil Road, Hale, WA15 9NZ
