This pregnancy yoga class in Parsons Green, Fulham is a gentle and uplifting way to prepare for birth. Guided by an experienced doula, each class blends relaxation, breathing techniques, and safe yoga postures adapted for pregnancy.
You don’t need to have done yoga before – beginners are always welcome! All that matters is creating space to connect with your body, your breath, and your baby.
How pregnancy yoga can support you:
