Pregnancy yoga is designed for the physical and emotional needs of Mums-to-be.

These classes help relieve aches and pains and encourage bonding with your baby bump.

You will learn yoga postures, useful birthing positions, helpful breathing meditations, visualisations and pelvic floor exercises.

Feel prepared, empowered and positive for birth and motherhood.

Suitable for 12 weeks plus, post first trimester.

The following equipment is advised - blanket, cushion or pillow and a block, brick or book!
