Description

Energise, pause, use this gentle, strengthening yoga practise to connect with your breath, your body, and your growing baby. Suitable for all mums-to-be past 12 weeks. No prior experience of yoga needed.

Protect and nurture your body as it develops, softening the challenges that pregnancy can bring (and encouraging the magic!).

A beautiful and enjoyable preparation for childbirth, with calming techniques that will serve you well into motherhood.


About Kesty:

Kesty trained in Madurai, South India under the tutelage of Swami Sadasivananda and Swami Bhakta Sivananda and has completed both her 200 hour teacher training certificate and her advanced 500 hour teacher training certificate.

She is a certified post-natal yoga teacher with Bliss Baby Yoga and a certified pregnancy yoga teacher with Bristol City Yoga.

She focuses on encouraging enjoyment and vitality by strengthening and increasing the flexibility of the mind, breath and body. She is a member of The Yoga Alliance UK and is fully insured with them. Her teaching style is heavily influenced by Sivananda Yoga and The Alexander technique.
