This Premier Talks event is going to be looking at internal recruitment - Attracting, onboarding and retaining top talent.
We as recruiters see first-hand how competitive the market is at the moment so we have got together with some great recruiters and HR Managers to talk about their processes and structure of attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.
We are going to start the evening with short presentations and then a panel discussion from:
Joe Burridge – Senior Recruiter at Hudl
Joe has been a Technical Recruiter since his career began. While on the agency side Joe specialised in data and engineering hires across London and the UK from start-ups to companies such as Badoo, Tesco, Booking.com, Expedia, Mind Candy, MoneySuperMarket and Zipcar. Now, Joe is a Senior Recruiter at Hudl (www.hudl.com) and is part of a lean team that has helped Hudl double in size to 450 and expand across 15 countries in the last 18 months.
Antonio Giugno – Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist at Accenture and Founder of Portrayt
As Founder of Portrayt, a digital studio focused on helping recruitment/employer brands digitally evolve. Antonio specialises in helping organisations build their recruitment/employer brands online, enabling organisations to win the hearts and minds of their communities.
Andrew Dobbs – Recruitment Manager at Essence
As Talent Manager Andrew works with Senior Management teams to define, implement and execute talent and hiring strategies. Driving business change and success through direct hiring models, staffing strategy and organisational design.
Jessica Hayes – HR Lead & Talent Manager at Lost My Name
Jessica has worked in Human Resources across industries, companies, countries and verticals for over 6 years in Australia and the United Kingdom. Having a career spanning from the likes of Goldman Sachs, to pre-IPO Box, to GV backed start-up Lost My Name, she uses her experience from different team sizes, systems, processes, and cultures to drive the talent management and HR function in a positive direction wherever possible. She has presented at local and global events on how to improve your sourcing strategy, leverage your ATS and HRIS, influence a positive culture in the workplace, improve candidate experience, and generally be a kick-a$$ HR manager.
