A wonderful practice to keep the vessel healthy & in pregnancy it trully aids in remaining strength, mobile and flexible and deeply supports the mind and emotional state, allowing for augmented overall well-being.
I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and facilitating yoga for 5 years, and am as of recent a Mother.
I also have an array of knowledge on feminine and womb wellbeing at a deep level.
My yoga classes transitioned now to focus solely on mamas and mamas to be. Supporting women in staying in a state of well-being during a time where our hearts, bodies & minds truly need it the most 💜🪷✨
I have been dedicated to holistic wellbeing for 15 years and the practice of Yoga deeply accelerated my well-being and deeply supported my pregnancy and current postpartum and I'm very passionate to share this with you 💜

Our Monthly Prenatal Yoga Session: 🧘🏽♀️🧘🏽♂️
I offer 1 in person session a month, and I also offer 4 recorded sessions a month, if of interest, for you to do in your own home.

Our in in person session flow:
-Breathwork
-Yoga flow
-Light shavasana sound bath

The yoga flow is focused on the array of asanas that most support pregnancy. The flow changes slightly or fully at every new session to keep deepening our practice.
We honour that every practice is individual and you will be guided and supported in modifications as needed.
These sessions will:
-Be a big aid in your body staying strong and mobile during pregnancy
-Prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for birth
-Support your hormonal health
-Aid in energy & vitality on the day and days following
-Support a balanced state of being
-Support a peaceful and joyful state of being
-Cultivate self love
-Aid in a regulated nervous system
-Support deeper sleep

You are guided & held the whole way through.

All classes at Moment operate on a 3 tier pricing option.
General Admission: Is the base reccomended price for the class exchange- reflecting a fare amount for what is offered.
General Admission Abudant: For anyone that feels the exchange amount is higher, and can pay forward that exchange.
*We also offer a Low Concession ticket-for anyone on lower income, or going through recovery (suggested donation amount for low concession is £8-10. For this option please do contact us directly.
