Prep room management and organisation for School Science Technicians

This interactive online course will explore the systems and procedures you can use to keep your prep room and technical service working effectively. During the course we will look at prep room and chemical storage and various organisational systems such as requisitions, health and safety, stock checks and technician policies. At the end of the course you should be able to evaluate the changes you could make to your technician's services to make it more effective and easier to manage.

This course is facilitated by Simon Quinnell, Curriculum Area Lead Science PGCE at University of York and a leading expert on school science technicians and science technical services.
