Prepare for Showing at Tatton Park
Sat 10 June 2017, 10:00 – 12:00 BST
Meet Tatton's magnificent Shire horses Blossom, Tabitha & Friar and learn how to groom and prepare them for a show, with the help of our expert Jayne Chapman. It’s a real chance to get some hands on experience with our horses including washing out, grooming and even have a go at plaiting the standards into the horse’s manes. Tabitha will be only be 6 weeks away from foaling after a long 11 month wait, so we may possibly have to concentrate on Blossom and Friar on the day. This event must be pre-booked. Meeting Point: Farm.
