Prepared for Promotion - Preparing Managers for Next-Level Leadership
Overview
Bridge the gap to the Next Level.
We help you promote more of your talent by preparing them for the opportunities ahead.
Reduce your external hiring costs and retain your top talent by giving them the development they can implement now to demonstrate they are ready!
A Prepared for Promotion experience is about helping them develop (or enhance) the critical skills, behaviours and mindsets they need to get the promotion.
This will help you identify whether they can develop, implement, and grow and are ready for promotion.
This isn’t about them becoming Leaders immediately (we don’t believe you can fully do this until they are in a role), but it is about getting them to implement key requirements for the Next Level in their current role.
It’ll also help you identify if they aren’t ready (yet) and what they need before getting promoted. This is important for them and their future team.
We want to help you all succeed with your Talent Strategy!
Join this small group experience with others from different organisations (or we can run these experiences for you in-house).
Prepared for Promotion is as 4 x 3-hour sessions, remote delivery.
We cover the key skills, behaviours, and mindsets they need to implement now to demonstrate their readiness for promotion.
In addition to the skills days or sessions, they’ll have 2 x 90-minute group implementation sessions delivered remotely.
The programme of topics will be adjusted to reflect the requirements of the group and organisations - this is discussed as part of the contracting and onboarding.
