Preparing young apprentices for the End Point Assessment is the responsibility of both the provider and employer. When done well young people can have a really positive and successful experience.

For many young people the thought of assessment can be quite daunting, unaccustomed to this type of testing as they are.

So how do employers and providers get this right? What really works and what are the pitfalls to be avoided?

We are delighted to welcome our Youth Friendly Employer Member Aspiration Training to our webinar to share their experiences and best practice when it comes to an end point assessment. In this webinar Aspiration Training colleagues, including a young apprentice will share the wealth of knowledge and insight, providing really practical tips for webinar participants.

The webinar is free to Youth Friendly Employer Mark Members and there is a small charge for non-members. Non-members can have the webinar fee reduced from membership costs if a Youth Friendly Employer Mark Application Form is received within two weeks of accessing the webinar.
