Learn how to fillet, prepare and cook fish and other seafood dishes with Professional Chef Ian Hewitt.
Ian will be preparing and cooking:
Two main fish dishes
Mussells two ways - a side and a main dish to include chorizo.
A variation of the traditional Provençal fish stew, Bouillabaisse.

You may transfer any tickets to another person at any time, please notify us of any changes.
Tickets may be transferred to a different event with a minimum of 5 days notice.
We reserve the right to cancel/change the events if necessary but we will always work with you to find the best solution possible if this is the case.
