About this event

The course content has been developed in collaboration with the RCGP and will cover all five KLOEs; Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring and Well-led, with an additional section covering Access. We will also be discussing emerging themes - areas that we think the CQC will be looking for on their next round of inspections.

We understand the pressure everyone is under at the moment so we’ve designed it to fit into a 3 hour session that will be delivered remotely via MS Teams. This session will be interactive with time allocated for Q&A with multiple facilitators available to answer any questions you have. There will be an opportunity for a Q&A session at the end of each of the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) sections.

At the end of the webinar, all attendees will receive an up to date in depth evidence-based checklist specific to each of the KLOEs. This can be used as a reference guide in preparation for a CQC inspection.
