Come join us at the Riverside Family Hub an informative event all about getting ready for adulthood, the process with the Local Authoirty if you have an EHCP and general tips and help for the next steps for young people with SEND. We will be joined by Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Transition Project Manager, Joanna Dixon and the IAS Team.
