Join us for our evening session of Warrington Parents and Carers. In March our session will be looking at the transition into adulthood and beyond.

This event is aimed at those of us with youngsters aged 14 - 25.

We will be joined by Helen Taylor, the service manager for preparing for adulthood, together with transition social workers

You'll have the chance to talk to other parents and carers of youngsters with SEND, as well as meet up with Team WarrPAC members.
