Ynglŷn â'r digwyddiad hwn:
Mae COVID-19 wedi effeithio ar fywydau pawb. Mae’r cyfyngiadau symud wedi gorfodi pob un ohonom i wneud pethau’n wahanol, ac i wneud gwahanol bethau. Mae wedi cyflwyno posibiliadau newydd – da a drwg.

Wrth i lunwyr polisïau ddechrau edrych tuag at y dyfodol, mae’r digwyddiadau hyn yn cynnig lle i rannu, ystyried y goblygiadau ar gyfer y dyfodol ac i drafod beth mae hyn yn ei olygu ar gyfer y penderfyniadau sy’n cael eu gwneud heddiw.

Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn canolbwyntio ar beth mae hyn wedi’i olygu i’r ffordd rydyn ni’n darparu gwasanaethau a’r goblygiadau ar gyfer y dyfodol.

Bydd hyn yn amrywio’n fawr, ond rydyn ni eisiau gweld a oes themâu cyffredin, fel:
• Symud gwasanaethau ar-lein: mynediad at dechnoleg ddigidol, sefydlogrwydd a diogelwch y platfformau fideo-gynadledda amrywiol
• Darparu gwasanaethau’n ddiogel: Cadw pellter cymdeithasol, goblygiadau defnyddio mwy o gyfarpar diogelu personol, addasiadau i’r amgylchedd (mewnol ac allanol), profi cymunedol
• Darparu gwasanaethau ar gyfer y rhai sydd fwyaf agored i niwed
• Gohirio neu ganslo rhai gwasanaethau rheolaidd
• Arferion arloesol a gweithgareddau sy’n canolbwyntio ar ddatrysiadau

Math o sesiwn:
Mae'r digwyddiad hwn yn ofod i bobl o bob rhan o'r sectorau gwirfoddol, cymunedol a statudol sy'n rhannu diddordeb mewn datblygu potensial gwirfoddoli i rannu eu profiadau a'u syniadau. Bydd yn sgwrs wedi'i hwyluso.

Pwrpas y digwyddiad hwn:
Er mwyn cael gwell dealltwriaeth o sut mae COVID-19 yn effeithio ar gymunedau a mudiadau gwirfoddol, yr hyn
rydyn ni wedi'i ddysgu, a beth allai'r goblygiadau fod ar gyfer y dyfodol.

Y cwestiynau allweddol sydd wrth wraidd y sesiwn hon fydd:
• Beth fu effaith ymateb y gymuned hyd yn hyn?
• Ble gallai hyn arwain at newid tymor hir - cadarnhaol a negyddol?
• Beth yw'r goblygiadau i ddyfodol gwirfoddoli yng Nghymru?
• Beth allai helpu i'n llywio tuag at ddyfodol gwell - a phwy all wneud hyn?

Fel y corff aelodaeth ar gyfer mudiadau gwirfoddol yng Nghymru, mae CGGC yn chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth ddod â'r sector at ei gilydd a gweithredu fel cyswllt â'r rhai sy'n gwneud penderfyniadau a Llywodraeth Cymru.

About this event:
COVID-19 has impacted on everybody’s lives. The lockdown has forced us all to do things differently, and to do different things. It has opened new possibilities – good and bad.

As policy-makers start to look ahead, these events provide a space to share learning, consider implications for the future and discuss what this means for decision-making today.

This event will focus on what this has meant for how we deliver services and implications for the future.

This will vary hugely, but we want to explore if there are common themes, such as:
• Moving services online: access to digital technology, stability and safety of the various video conferencing platforms
• Delivering services safely: Social distancing. the implications of the increased use of PPE, adaptations to the environment (internal and external), community testing
• Delivering services to the most vulnerable
• The suspension or cancellation of some regular services
• Innovative practice and solution-focused activity

Session type:
This event is a space for people from across the voluntary sector and beyond to share their experiences and ideas. It will be a facilitated conversation.

Purpose for this event:
To gain a better understanding of how COVID-19 is impacting on communities and voluntary organisations, what we have learnt, and what the implications might be for the future.

The key questions at the heart of this session will be:
• What has been the impact in this area so far?
• Where could this lead to long term change - both positive and negative?
• What are the implications for the voluntary sector in Wales?
• What could voluntary organisations, WCVA, government, or other decision-makers do that can help steer us towards a better future?

About WCVA:
As the membership body for voluntary organisations in Wales, WCVA plays a vital role in bringing the sector together and acting as a liaison with decision-makers and Welsh Government.
