Preparing for supervision – what is it, why do it and what’s needed?
The first in the series of events will cover the different aspects of a supervisor’s role, including the support and supervision of colleagues. You will explore what supervision is and why it’s important as well as what’s needed to ensure people have good experiences of supervision.
By the end of the event, you will:
· know about the resources available to guide supervisors
· increase your confidence to supervise and support team members
· learn from others about supervision experiences
· consider why relationship-based practice is important for supervision.
If demand is high, we may limit registrations to two per organisation.
