Ofqual’s proposed regulatory framework, aligned with the Department for Education’s Apprenticeship Assessment Principles, is intended to develop a more flexible and responsive approach to assessment. For training providers, this shift brings potentially new responsibilities and new opportunities. For employers, this brings greater involvement in assessment.
