SENDIASS is offering a free online session for parents and carers in Suffolk England to support you and your child with the transition from an early years setting to primary school.
This relaxed session was coproduced with parents and carers and will be supported by a member of Suffolk's Early Years and Childcare Service.
We will explore:
- What information is helpful to find out from school;
- What information is helpful for you to share with school and what resources can help you to do this;
- Ideas to help you prepare for the start of term.
- Additional transition support for pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
You don't have to use your video or microphone in the session - you can just listen or post questions in chat if you prefer.
Anyone who registers will be sent links to a pre-recording of the session and helpful resources.
