We know the transition from Primary to Secondary school is a big change. This session is aimed specifically for supporting both parents and year 6 students in making those adjustments ready to enjoy The Warriner school in Sept 2024.

Standing in the Gap is an early intervention mental health charity based in Bloxham. Our mission is to support to children and families by providing tools to build emotional wellbeing and good child mental health.

We support preschool and primary aged children to manage the big emotions of fear,anxiety, anger and grief through a range of talks, digital resources and resource packs to support children and families.

The session is supported by a resource pack: Preparing for Secondary School, which contains two workbooks, one for parents and one for students.
